Hi, I’m Allison Reddy!

I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and a lover of food, baking, and gentle movement/excercise. I enjoy helping people recover from eating disorders and disordered eating through a weight inclusive, Health at Every Size®, all foods fit, and intuitive eating lens. I love working with clients who struggle with their relationship with food and body. It is crucial to create a judgement free and compassionate space of curiosity to unpack big feelings many people have around food and their bodies and much more!
